- Rates for the 1 - Bedroom Cottages are based on single/double occupancy. Maximum of 3 persons allowed: Extra Adult @ $100 per night - Children under 12 yrs @ $50 per night.
- Rate for the 2 - Bedroom Cottages are based on up to 4 Persons per unit. Maximum of 6 persons allowed: Extra Adult @ $100 per night - Children under 12 yrs @ $50 per night.
Minimum Stay Requirements
- 3 Nights minimum required year - round
- 7 Nights minimum during 12/20/08 - 1/2/09

Deposit Requirements
- A 3-night deposit is due at time of booking. Major credit cards accepted.
- Holiday Bookings during 12/20/08 - 1/2/09 need to be prepaid 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations/ No-Shows
- There will be no charge if reservations are cancelled 30 days prior to arrival after which a Three (3)- night penalty applies.
- Holiday Bookings during 12/20/08 - 1/2/09 need to be cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, after which no refunds are allowed (full penalty)
- No refunds allowed for No-Shows, nor on early departures (full penalty)
