Our Modern Bahamian Cuisine is reflected in our fresh, made in-house products with no preservatives. We buy all natural meats and poultry, sustainable seafood, and as much local fresh produce as possible. Our menus feature many local artisan products, from island gathered honey and roasted coffee beans to varieties of vegetables and seafood. We understand our guests are here to experience the island, not only its beauty and relaxed atmosphere, but also its rich cultural heritage of island cuisine.
